Are you taking part in Ironman triathlon and need cost effective coaching? We offer a testing a coaching service for Ironman triathlon which provides you with a personalised assessment and training schedule, costing only £40 per month.
How does it work?
Your first step is to complete a sports science test at our store in Appley Bridge, Wigan. When you register you will be required to complete a questionnaire and from the test result and questionnaire, we can identify your strengths and weaknesses.
You will be provided with an 8 week plan which will include swim/cycle/run sessions. Throughout the 8 week period, you will be able to ask questions and receive support via a private Facebook group page.
Every 8 weeks (2 months) you will return, complete a further sports science testing session and this will be used to monitor your progress.
How much does it cost?
The sports science testing sessions are £80 each. You will receive the training plan and the Facebook support for free. When you register you will be initially charged £40 and you will then be charged a recurring £40 charge every month. The £40 monthly fee pays for your sports science testing (£80 per session) which you will complete every 2 months. IMPORTANT: If you wish to register now and then delay your start, we can defer your second payment to a later date.
